Employees who work additional hours requested by the employer are entitled to compensation. The compensation can be in the form of compensatory leave or money (additional hours supplement) and shall be provided in the form requested by the employee, unless the employer, for special reasons, decides otherwise.
The additional hours supplement is paid at an hourly rate equivalent to the emplyee´s individual full-time salary divided by 165.
Additional hours supplements are not paid for shorter periods than 15 consecutive minutes.
Compensatory leave for additional hours work shall correspond to the number of additional hours.
