The aim of the project is to create the conditions for continual, strategic work on human resources policy at Lund University.
Lund University’s employees are its most important and valuable investment. Continual, strategic work on human resources policy helps to strengthen the employees’ identity as employees of Lund University, recruit highly qualified staff, promote staff development and performance and raise enthusiasm for Lund University’s different operations and processes. Managed correctly, this makes Lund University into an attractive workplace and could further contribute to the University’s success.
