• The Pro Vice-Chancellor appoints a steering committee (completed by 31 May 2010).
• The steering committee appoints an international evaluation panel (replaced by external advisors), after recommendations for members from the faculties (completed by 31 August 2010).
• Continual contact and exchange of experiences with the reference groups, as described in the ‘organisation’ section.
• Continual contact and exchange of experiences with the collaborating projects, as described in the ‘organisation’ section.
• Website for EQ11 developed, where up-to-date information is displayed (completed by 15 June 2010).
• Working group draws up self-evaluation questionnaire (completed by 1 November 2010).
• The working group that is to evaluate how representative EQ11’s selected success factors and quality indicators are in the current education situation presents its report to the steering committee (completed by 31 December 2010).
• The working group at Lund University Libraries Head Office compiles material from the faculties that concerns teaching development at LU/with links to LU and this overview is presented to the steering committee (completed by 30 November 2010).
• The Council for Research Education presents proposals for indicators and criteria for research education to the steering committee (completed by 30 November 2010).
• Documents that are considered relevant for the evaluation panel (replaced by external advisors) shall be translated into English (completed by 31 January 2011).
• The working group that is to compile and analyse previously reported quality assurance work submits the data to the steering committee (completed by 31 December 2010).
• The faculties submit their self-reflections in accordance with instructions. (completed by 31 March 2011).
• The group of external advisors visits the University and presents its report to the steering committee in May 2011.
• The project’s final report is submitted to the Vice-Chancellor by 1 October 2011.
